Comfortable cabin. Very secluded, dark, and quiet(all big plusses). Couldn't get the cabin temp below 77 during the day (until 10-11pm) front porch light out. No batteries in flashlight added to the darkness of the power outage.

We had a wonderful stay at our cabin from Colonial Properties in Gatlinburg! The cabin was spotless and very tidy when we arrived, which made us feel right at home immediately.The check-in instructions were clear, simple, and easy to follow. No confusion at all. What really stood out was the communication. It was exceptional, honestly the best we've ever experienced with any rental property. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our trip.We especially loved the hot tub! It was very nice, clean, and the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains.Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Colonial Properties and will definitely be booking with them again on our next visit to Gatlinburg!

Very Nice and secluded. No wifi which was a welcome change to put away the devices and take in the wonderful scenic river. Would definitely recommend. Was clean and staff were very accommodating.

We enjoyed are stay very much and cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. It was very quiet and relaxing. The only problem we saw was your signs need to be at the entrance for which cabins are there under your sign at the main road before the bridge and at the barn with lights on them It is very hard to see in the dark with rain and fog.

New years honeymoon

The property is clean, neat and well stocked. The view, location and layout all made for a memorable experience. This cabin truly is perfect for a couples getaway.
