Piper's Playground

Piper's Playground has three floors, three king suites with private baths, a media room with theater seating, a loft game room, and a covered full-length deck with a hot tub and an outdoor fireplace. Twelve guests, a bunk room for the kids, mountain views, and the dog is welcome. It's a three-bedroom cabin that lives like something considerably larger — every level has its own purpose, every group has somewhere to be, and the combination of entertainment options means nobody runs out of things to do between day trips to Dollywood and Gatlinburg.

The Living Area & Kitchen

Cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and blonde wood planking give the main living area a bright, airy quality that makes it a natural gathering point for the group. A fireplace runs from October through February, a flat-screen TV handles quieter evenings, and the deck is a single step away for anyone who wants to take their coffee outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker and everything needed for group cooking — and the wooden dining table seats six with three more at the breakfast bar, keeping the whole group together for sit-down meals.

The Three King Suites

Each of the three floors holds its own king suite, and each has a private bath. The main-level master suite has a custom log king bed, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual sinks — a genuinely luxurious setup that earns consistent appreciation. The upstairs king suite sits alongside the loft game room with a cathedral ceiling and its own en suite bath. The lower-level king suite has a sitting area, deck access, and its own full bath — the most private of the three, with its own outdoor connection. Two futons, a twin bed, and a bunk round out sleeping for the full group of twelve.

The Loft Game Room

The loft pool table and arcade console give the group a dedicated game space above the main living area — a natural hangout for younger guests and adults who discover it on day one and don't leave until checkout.

The Media Room

The lower level holds a media room with theater-style seating and a large flat-screen TV — the right setup for movie nights, game days, and any evening when the group wants to watch something together on a screen that does it justice. Deck access from this level keeps the outdoors close at hand.

The Deck, Hot Tub & Outdoor Fireplace

The full-length covered deck has rocking chairs, mountain views, and two features that elevate it above most Smoky Mountain decks: a hot tub and an outdoor fireplace. The outdoor fireplace keeps the deck genuinely comfortable in cooler weather and makes fall and winter stays particularly appealing. A gas grill handles outdoor cooking whenever the group prefers dinner on the deck.

Pet-Friendly & Location

Piper's Playground welcomes dogs. The cabin sits between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with easy access to Dollywood, The Island, and LeConte Event Center. Note that the driveway has a noticeable incline — plan accordingly on arrival. Three parking spaces and keyless 24-hour check-in, with WiFi and a washer and dryer included.
